Job summary

Taleo is seeking an experienced onsite AV/VC Operations Tier 3 Technician to provide advanced video conferencing support and troubleshoot complex AV systems in a commercial enterprise setting. You will be the escalation point for Tier 1 and 2, coordinate room setups, and ensure systems are maintained according to the client's schedule.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in Crestron, QSC, Shure and LED wall technology, with strong written and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years AV ops experience.
• Subject matter expert in AV deployments and operations support in a corporate environment.
• CTS certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Crestron, QSC, Shure, LED walls.
• Understanding of networking and video transmission over network.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with helpdesk ticketing software.
• Experience with Google Meet/Zoom conference room hardware.

Responsibilities

• Escalation contact for AV issues Tier1/2 cannot resolve.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting for AV systems.
• Coordinate physical installation of AV equipment.
• Decommission and transport AV equipment for room refreshes.
• Troubleshoot LED walls and conferencing room hardware.
• Log and track requests in ticketing system.
• Communicate updates via Slack to team.
• Assist with commissioning and turnover of new conference rooms.
