Job summary

Interpublic Group, a leading global marketing and communications company, is seeking an experienced AV Technician to install, configure, and maintain our site’s AV and collaboration systems. The role involves on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless meetings and events.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Crestron and AV systems experience, proficiency with Teams/Live Events and Zoom, plus basic knowledge of Google Meet and Office 365.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Crestron programming and debugging experience.
• 3-5 years Crestron NVX system experience.
• 3-5 years Crestron Toolbox experience.
• 3-5 years Tesira Forte Biamp systems and adjusting audio levels.
• Experience with Shure microphones and speakers.
• Experience with Sonos systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and running Live events.
• Experience with Zoom meetings and webinars.
• Basic knowledge of Google Meet.
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site commissioning including configuration of AV equipment.
• Coordinates with AV Technical Manager on projects.
• Maintains Helix tickets and resolutions.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with the site’s AV systems.
• Coordinates with AV vendors on solutions.
• Maintains XIO Cloud for Teams Rooms devices.
• Monitors Condeco room scheduler equipment and alerts.
• Handles CISO exceptions and renewals for AV accounts.
• Runs Microsoft Live Events and supports demos and testing.
• Trains staff on conference room equipment and Teams.
• Assists EAs with ELT meetings.
• Assists in building conference rooms with Crestron MS Teams Room devices.
• Manages AV vendor for advanced repairs.
• Travel to different sites as needed.
