Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to support customers at client sites, restoring functionality and delivering world‑class service. You will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and install/maintain AV and control systems, including AMX and Crestron programming.

Travel to various job sites is required, with a focus on timely, quality service. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and providing training when needed, while adhering to OSHA standards and

Qualifications

Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Perform preventative maintenance visits.
Install and service AV equipment and control systems.
Complete accurate job documentation and manage equipment delivery.
