Job summary

Mason Technologies is seeking an experienced AV SME in New York to own complex Crestron programming and system commissioning across commercial AV environments. The role demands hands-on field work and collaboration with project teams to deliver reliable AV solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead programming, configuration, testing, and commissioning while traveling within NYC boroughs and beyond to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial AV integration or related field.
• Strong Crestron programming and control systems experience.
• Ability to read AV drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel across NYC and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for commercial AV systems and integrated solutions.
• Design, modify, and troubleshoot Crestron control programs for AV environments.
• Program and configure Crestron processors, touch panels, keypads, and interfaces.
• Develop control logic, user interfaces, and drivers per project needs.
• Create DSP files (Biamp, QSYS, Extron) for proper signal flow.
• Program, test, and commission complete AV systems.
