Job summary

Mason Technologies is seeking an experienced AV Subject Matter Expert to own complex Crestron programming, DSP work, and system commissioning across NYC projects. This role requires hands-on field work and collaboration with project teams.

You will travel throughout New York City and surrounding sites, supporting technicians, engineers, and clients while delivering high-quality AV solutions from programming to final acceptance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial AV integration or related field.
• Proficient Crestron programming; Crestron Certified preferred.
• Ability to program, troubleshoot, and commission integrated AV systems.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow and architecture.
• Willingness to travel across NYC and other project locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for commercial AV systems and integrated technology.
• Design, modify, and troubleshoot Crestron control programs.
• Program and configure Crestron processors, touch panels, interfaces.
• Develop control logic and user interfaces per project.
• Create DSP files for proper gain and signal flow.
• Program, configure, and commission complete AV systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and customers.
