Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade AV systems across corporate offices. You will collaborate with Product and IT teams to standardize AV practices and manage global deployments.

Responsibilities include leading installations, upgrades, and integrations while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring documentation and reporting are up to date. The role supports a hybrid on-site schedule across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in configuration of software packages or application development is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices used in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all AV equipment and systems across conference spaces and auditoriums.
• Provide Tier 3 support for AV issues, including diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and implement global AV standards and best practices across locations.
• Lead AV-related projects including new installations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of AV systems and procedures; deliver regular performance reports.
