Job summary

Comprehensive Technologies International in Virginia Beach is seeking an AV Service Specialist to troubleshoot complex AV/IT systems, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting.
• Crestron Programming/NVX experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Other tasks as assigned
