Job summary

CTI in Virginia Beach is seeking an AV Service Specialist who thrives on solving complex AV/IT challenges. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and install systems, acting as a face of CTI to clients and delivering a fantastic customer experience.

Candidates should have at least 4 years in AV integration, Crestron/NVX experience, and strong communication. Associates degree preferred but experience counts, and you will work in a team-driven, customer-focused environment near Virginia Beach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AV integration installations and troubleshooting.
• Crestron Programming/NVX experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV/IT issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels.
