Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Field Engineer / Technician to install, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain professional AV and VTC systems for federal, state, local, and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS, plus strong troubleshooting skills. The role requires on-site work at customer facilities such as conference rooms, command centers, training spaces, and executive briefing

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial AV and VTC systems.
• Strong independent troubleshooting capabilities across integrated, multi-vendor AV environments.
• Proficiency with Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS; working knowledge of other major AV platforms.
• Experience with audio DSPs, wireless microphones, AV switching, displays, and video conferencing equipment.
• Understanding of AV signal flow, gain structure, EDID/HDCP, and AV connectivity.
• Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals relevant to AV systems.

Responsibilities
