Job summary

CTI is seeking an AV Service Specialist for our Milwaukee, WI branch. You will troubleshoot and tune real-world AV systems across spaces built on Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Yealink, AMX platforms, delivering the high level of customer experience CTI is known for.

The role requires 4+ years in commercial AV networking, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative. Local on-site work with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• AV/IT Networking: 4+ years of experience with commercial AV integration installations and troubleshooting.
• Customer service experience is a must; ability to treat customers as priority.
• Attitude and aptitude to learn and tackle situations with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for installed AV systems.
• Troubleshoot displays, projection, audio, video walls, DSPs, microphones, and room systems.
• Support video conferencing platforms and control systems.
• Resolve hardware/software configuration issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Document work and assist with tickets; collaborate with programmers as needed.
