Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Lead ESS Installation Technician to lead and perform installation duties on technology projects at client sites. You will coordinate with project management and site supervisors, interpret drawings, and oversee technicians to deliver complex systems.

The role requires 3+ years installing access control and video surveillance in large environments, Lenel certification preferred, and proficiency with teams and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in large commercial environments.
• Experience supervising the work of others and providing feedback.
• Lenel certification is preferred.
• Ability to understand matrices, BOMs, drawings, and project docs.
• Proficient with Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam and Adobe Reader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on project sites while performing as an installer.
• Know BOMs and materials required for each job; manage and track inventory.
• Maintain job schedules and coordinate with Site Supervisor and PM.
• Communicate issues from drawings/matrix to Site Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with training and guidance of other technicians as needed.
• Maintain safety and QA standards on site and ensure on-time completion.
