Job summary

Edge Technologies, LLC. is seeking an AV Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and government AV installations from kickoff through handover. The role balances office work, remote tasks, and occasional site visits for nationwide rollouts.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams with a focus on quality and client communications. Expect regional travel up to 25% and national travel ~10%; PMP/AV certifications are supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct project management experience leading large-scale commercial AV installation projects ($1M–$3M+ total project scope).
• Strong understanding of AV system architectures (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Zoom/Teams Rooms, video walls, digital signage, and AV-over-IP networks).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs) and HubSpot or equivalent CRM/PM tools.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required; company offers sponsorship.
• AVIXA CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site commercial AV installation projects ($1M–$3M+), serving as the main operational contact for clients, general contractors, sub-trades, and internal teams.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, field technicians, and subcontractors to hit milestones.
• Maintain meticulous project records, field notes, schedules, budget updates, and client communications in HubSpot and Google Workspace.
• Perform regional and national site visits to oversee progress, conduct quality checks, ensure safety, and manage commissioning.
• Track labor, materials, change orders, and margins to keep projects financially on target.
• Identify potential delays, conflicts, or supply chain bottlenecks and resolve them before they affect delivery timelines.
