Job summary

Comprehensive Technologies International (CTI) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the installation and service teams in Marietta, GA. You will coordinate manpower, manage multiple tasks, and serve as the face of CTI to high-level clients.

You will collaborate with project management, technical, and accounting staff, ensuring accurate documentation, timely orders, and responsive service. A high school diploma and 1–2 years admin experience are required, with MS Office, Teams, and Excel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establish/coordinate manpower for installation and service work.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities daily.
• Daily interaction with high-level clients & executives, handling special requests as needed.
• Assist Project Management Team and with documentation.
• Order tracking and other tasks as assigned.
