Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an AV Program Engineer 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit. You will design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain electronic security services across federal, local and commercial customers.

The role offers opportunities to lead complex AV projects and contribute to high-growth markets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering, Crestron certifications, and the ability to travel up to 50% and obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5+ years' OR Master's Degree in Engineering with 3+ years' in CS/EE or related field.
• Experience programming and deploying Crestron control systems for conference rooms and ops centers.
• Experience calibrating audio solutions (mics, speakers, DSPs) for AV setups.
• Experience configuring and deploying AV systems including Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy software for AV control systems and touch panels.
• Configure frameworks and documentation for large complex AV systems.
• Commission and calibrate AV systems, integrate Cisco Teams and VDI PCs.
• Perform peer reviews and provide feedback on designs and touch panels.
• Develop on-site training for installed AV systems.
• Track source code status and report to project managers.
