Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an AV Program Engineer 3 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain advanced audio/visual and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial customers. The role requires eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with travel up to 50% of the time. Required education includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a Master's) with several years of related experience, plus expertise in Crestron

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years' OR Master's degree in Engineering with 3+ years' progressive experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience programming and deploying Crestron control systems for conference rooms and operations centers.
• Experience calibrating audio solutions (mics, speakers, DSPs) and configuring AV systems including Teams and Cisco WebEx.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and deploying software for Audio/Visual Control Systems, including Touch Panel files.
• Designing configuration frameworks for large complex resilient systems.
• Commissioning Audio Visual Systems, configuring equipment, calibrating video walls, and troubleshooting network issues.
• Peer reviews and feedback on designs and touch panels.
• Developing on-site user and administrative training for installed AV systems.
