Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an AV Program Engineer 3 to design, develop, and deploy software for Audio/Visual control systems across complex programs.

You will work with a dynamic team to implement high-level architectural solutions ensuring stakeholder needs and standards are met. Responsibilities include configuring systems, calibration of audio/video solutions, and coordinating with Cisco/Teams/Vid Teleconferencing installations.

Qualifications

• Top-tier AV/IT engineering knowledge.
• Clearance eligibility / citizenship required.
• Experience with Crestron, Teams, and AV over IP.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and deploying software for Audio/Visual Control Systems (Crestron) and related components.
• Configure and document large, resilient AV systems.
• Calibrate audio/video equipment and coordinate with customer equipment (Teams, WebEx).
• Develop post-installation documentation and on-site user training.
• Track source code status for PMs, engineering managers and clients.
