Washington University in St. Louis seeks an Event Support/Production Lead to manage streaming, technology, and service delivery for major university events including board meetings, commencements, and ceremonies. You will supervise student staff, coordinate pre-production, handle on-site productions, and oversee post-production tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, VIP interactions, and creative problem solving to ensure top-tier user experiences from request to post-event billing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) - AVIXA is preferred.
• No specific work experience is required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary streaming, technology, and service support for university events (Board of Trustees meetings, commencements, convocations, etc.).
• Supervise all aspects of Event Support/Production enterprise service.
• Assist with pre-production (request intake, coordination, equipment/personnel allocation, rehearsals).
• Assist with production (equipment operation, troubleshooting, Livestream/Zoom).
• Assist with post-production (edit, publish, deliver recordings, billing).
• Hire, train, and allocate student employees to events; manage AV equipment maintenance/purchasing.
