Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating Board of Trustees meetings, commencements, and ceremonies, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills required for high-profile events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) - AVIXA.
• No specific work experience required for this position.
• Apple Mac OS, audiovisual technology, communication, customer needs assessments, and ITSM skills are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary streaming, technology, and service support for Washington University functions including Board of Trustees meetings and commencements.
• supervise all aspects of Event Support/Production enterprise service and allocate staff and equipment.
• Assist with pre-production, production, and post-production tasks including billing and recordings.
