AVI-SPL is seeking an Installation Technician 4 to lead and perform installation tasks on complex projects across customer sites. You will supervise crews, interpret electrical and audiovisual schematics, and coordinate project activities with the Project Manager to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifications include 6–8 years in AV installation, CTS-I certification, and a high school diploma. Expect on-site work, travel, and collaboration across trades to deliver exceptional

• Advanced understanding of audio-visual systems and control components.
• Proficient installing, terminating, and troubleshooting low-voltage cabling and related wiring methods.
• Expert-level troubleshooting and ability to diagnose complex issues in AV systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation tasks according to project scope and directives.
• Lead and mentor site technicians; ensure quality of workmanship.
• Read schematics and architectural blueprints; install and test systems.
• Use hand and power tools for wiring, soldering, and terminations.
• Test cabling and system functionality; assist with minor programming changes.
