Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, is seeking an Installation Superintendent to guide on-site AV installations across projects. You will coordinate with project management, contractors and clients to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

This role requires strong technical skills, leadership and the ability to manage field operations on complex builds. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in AV installations, the ability to read design drawings, and a track

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an installation technician, in a leadership capacity.
• Familiarity with a wide range of broadcast installations and AV systems.
• Strong leadership, coordination with project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activity on active project job sites to meet quality and timeline standards.
• Lead and delegate tasks to multiple install crews, subcontractors and union trades.
• Read and understand functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams.
• Provide daily feedback to Project Manager and ensure on-site safety and quality.
• Coordinate with PM, contractors and clients to resolve roadblocks for timely completion.
