Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an AV Service Engineer to support clients in the north New Jersey area. The role involves in‑person troubleshooting of executive AV systems at board rooms and conference centers, with a hybrid work arrangement from Old Bridge, NJ.

The candidate will diagnose complex AV equipment, work with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and video conferencing gear, mentor junior technicians, and document site surveys and service reports.

Qualifications

3+ years AV troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex AV issues.
Perform preventative maintenance testing and site surveys for service agreements.
Write concise service reports and system site surveys.
Lead and mentor junior/intermediate level field service technicians.
Manage multiple service projects successfully.
