Job summary

CAV Integrated Home seeks an experienced Service Technician to join our residential AV and network systems team. You will troubleshoot and service home entertainment, networking, and automation systems, with responsibilities spanning on-site visits and remote support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AV installation/service, strong troubleshooting skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and operate power tools is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of AV and network systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience installing and servicing low voltage systems.
• Advanced understanding of AV interconnections and LAN/WIFI.
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced AV, network, and home integration systems.

Responsibilities
