Hikinex seeks a Senior Audio-Visual Technician to join our residential installation team. You will lead complex AV installations, test systems, and troubleshoot to ensure peak performance in high-end homes.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with Project Managers, and stay current with Savant, Crestron, Control4, and Lutron platforms, while maintaining safety and documentation standards. Strong troubleshooting, reading blueprints, and reliable transportation are essential; CTS or

Qualifications

5+ years of residential AV installation experience.
Proficient in programming/configuring Savant, Crestron, Control4, Lutron.
Strong低-voltage wiring, networking, and IP-based systems.
Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior technicians on installation techniques and best practices.
Perform high quality installations of AV systems (home theaters, distributed audio, video distribution, lighting control, automation).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation; ensure optimal system performance.
Test and document system performance; provide detailed reports to Project Managers.
Work with Project Managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met; stay current with AV technologies.
