Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial AV systems installation.
• 3+ years’ experience in field leadership in an AV, construction, or technical environment.
• Deep understanding of installation workflows and project delivery.
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction trades and settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution strategy, planning, and daily coordination.
• Manage labor resources, installation sequencing, and productivity.
• Ensure alignment between field execution, engineering, and project management.
• Oversee installation quality, safety, and adherence to standards.
• Drive commissioning readiness and support successful project delivery.
