Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead AV projects in Philadelphia, driving scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction from initiation to closing. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, mentor peers, and ensure adherence to Diversified processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes communication, leadership, and delivering complex AV installations on time and within budget across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or AV settings.
• Knowledge of AV systems and low voltage electrical projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project communications, scheduling, tasks for technicians, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, scope, quality, and timeline across multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and ensure process adherence.
• Develop client relationships and manage expectations, communications, and outcomes.
• Coordinate drawings and documentation among internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews and system programming coordination, and final checkout.
• Oversee field verification and site issues, proposing solutions.
