Job summary

Diversified is seeking an Onsite Field Implementation Manager to oversee projects and manage 10–15+ technicians/subcontractors, ensuring adherence to installation standards and client satisfaction. You will act as the primary on-site contact with PMO and Engineering to align project goals with client needs.

The role requires 3+ years in senior/lead technician or site superintendent roles, strong AV knowledge, construction and low-voltage experience, and CTS/CTSI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a senior or lead technician, or experience as a site superintendent.
• Familiarity with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• High level of experience in construction environments.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts.
• Possess advanced AV installation skills.
• Good verbal communication skills and good customer service skills.
• Preferred CTS or CTSI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as Site Superintendent on high profile projects, single point of contact for onsite teams.
• Assist in addressing performance of onsite resources and associates.
• Training - termination, mechanical, client interface and other aspects of Diversified installation standards.
• First point of escalation for Field Issues with the client.
• Provide onsite support for integration issues and QA.
• Develop and deploy Installation processes and standards.
• Recommend training for growth and development of team.
• Provide a consistent level of technical performance and flexibility in schedule.
