Job summary

Pixel Technologies is seeking a Service & Support Specialist to repair, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems across government facilities, venues, offices, schools, and healthcare sites.

You will lead service visits, perform health checks, install and configure CRESTRON, Extron and QSC hardware, diagnose issues onsite and remotely, and provide clear reports to clients. Willingness to travel nationwide is required; strong communication with C-level executives is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV integration or collaboration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Crestron Level II and Extron Certified AV Associate.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead service calls, health checks, and preventive maintenance visits.
• Set up and operate A/V equipment for boardroom meetings and events.
• Perform routine maintenance of AV equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues onsite and remotely.
• Provide accurate reports in ticketing systems.
• Configure and adjust DSPs including Biamp and QSC.
• Educate customers on installed equipment.
