Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in collaboration or Audio-Visual Integration.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Crestron Level II and Extron Certified AV Associate training are required.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Advanced Networking training/certification within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

Lead and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on service calls and health checks.
Set up and operate A/V equipment for boardroom meetings and events.
Perform routine maintenance of AV equipment and diagnose issues onsite and remotely.
Provide technical assistance to clients and event organizers and generate detailed reports.
Analyze system drawings and perform hardware upgrades to AV components.
Configure DSPs (Biamp/QSC) and educate customers on installed equipment.
