Pixel Technologies is seeking a Service & Support Specialist to install, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems across corporate, education, and government environments.

The role emphasizes on-site service calls, health checks, preventative maintenance, and clear customer communication using ticketing systems; travel nationwide is required, with a focus on delivering reliable AV performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV collaboration or AV integration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Crestron Level II and Extron Certified AV Associate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced Networking training within six months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Lead service calls, health checks, and preventative maintenance visits.
• Set up and operate A/V equipment for boardroom meetings and events.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite and remotely.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports in ticketing systems.
• Analyze and interpret system drawings and perform hardware upgrades.
• Configure DSPs and load endpoints (Cisco, Poly, Logitech).
• Educate customers on installed equipment and deliver end-of-call deliverables.
• Collaborate with remote system programmers to diagnose interfaces.
