Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to support customers at client sites, restoring functionality and delivering world-class customer service. You will read schematics, perform preventative maintenance, install and service AV equipment, and travel to various locations.

Strong communication, tool handling, and basic networking knowledge are essential for success. The role emphasizes hands-on electronics, programming familiarity (AMX/Crestron), and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and software familiarity.
• Knowledge of signal flow for audio/video control.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Perform preventative maintenance visits.
• Clean AV equipment and perform PM tasks.
• Complete accurate job documentation.
• Assist next level technicians and provide training as needed.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required.
• Set up and troubleshoot codecs and UCC devices.
