Qualifications

• 5+ years AV integration experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Crestron Level II
• Extron Certified AV Associate
• Advanced Networking within six months of employment

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with customers on service calls, health checks, and maintenance visits
• Set up and operate AV equipment for boardroom meetings and events
• Perform routine maintenance of AV components
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite and remotely
• Provide technical assistance and reports in ticketing systems
• Analyze and interpret system drawings and implement hardware upgrades
• Configure DSPs and load interfaces with a remote system programmer
• Educate customers on installed equipment and deliver required deliverables
