Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Engineer to commission AV systems at client sites and ensure optimal performance per scope and design. You will handle redlines, network coordination, and project-team communication.

Responsibilities include configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting changes, with frequent travel between sites. A DSP certification and experience with AV/network systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the field of Audio-Visual installation/commissioning.
• Able to concisely, consistently, and appropriately communicate with the project team
• Able to troubleshoot basic and complex AV and network systems
• Familiar with MTR and Zoom Rooms Required
• Required DSP certification from Biamp, QSC, Shure

Responsibilities

• Commission AV systems at client sites by optimizing settings and documenting changes.
• Pre-commission systems in the office.
• Perform programming and configuration loading and testing; debug control systems.
• Communicate status to project stakeholders regularly.
• Troubleshoot issues by tracing signal flow with appropriate parties.
• Configure AV network and coordinate client network.
• Create/modify DSP files for DSP optimization for videoconferencing.
• Contribute lessons learned to improve system designs and implementations.
• Archive configuration and programming files with proper labeling, maintain knowledge base.
