Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC in Washington, D.C. is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Venue Director with daily venue operations, event execution, and staff development. This role focuses on AV equipment setup, operation, and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with hotel teams, manage budgets, and uphold SOPs while training staff and building vendor relationships to meet Pinnacle Live standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years event technology experience in a hospitality environment.
• Minimum two years demonstrated managerial experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the execution of all phases of events while maintaining the highest commitment to customer service.
• Ensure timely setting and striking of events and other essential floor activities.
• Maintain inventory integrity ensuring quality, functionality, organization and availability.
• Assist Venue Director in managing budget for increased revenue and control expenses.
• Train, manage, and develop staff in accordance with SOPs to elevate customer service and growth.
