Job summary

Encore Global in Nashville seeks a Technical Lead to oversee the setup, operation and breakdown of audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting and to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer service, and adherence to safety and security procedures.

You will mentor other technicians, manage on-site client relationships, and coordinate with hotel staff. A valid driver’s license and 2–3+ years of AV experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/validate and complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and assist with system entry in Encore systems.
