Responsibilities

• Organize daily floor activities for timely setup and removal of equipment.
• Direct technician workflow and suggest operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate flowsheets and coordinate event communications.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment; troubleshoot issues.
