Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an experienced Estimator III to lead project estimates and collaborate with estimators, suppliers, and customers on medium-to-large projects. With minimal guidance, provide overall support and ensure accurate, competitive bids.

You will review proposals, drawings, and specs, support scope development, and help transition awarded projects to project teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with Accubid, LiveCount Cloud, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimates and coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and customers.
• Review drawings, specifications, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope.
• Develop labor productivity rates and installation costs based on site conditions.
• Solicit quotes from qualified suppliers and ensure timely bid package completion.
