Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a senior Estimator III to lead project bids, collaborate with estimators, suppliers, and customers, and deliver accurate estimates for medium to large projects. The role emphasizes guidance, teamwork, and adherence to Rosendin estimating standards.

The candidate should bring advanced estimating knowledge, blueprints interpretation, and strong MS Office skills, with experience in Accubid, LiveCount Cloud, and Bluebeam. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced estimating knowledge and cost control required.
• Read and interpret blueprints/design drawings.
• Perform arithmetic calculations for estimating.
• Mentor and assist with Estimators development.
• Experience coordinating multiple bids and teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-off and produce a printout.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce costs.
• Review specifications and drawings; attend pre-bid meetings.
• Provide scope inclusions/exclusions and clarifications for bids.
• Brief Chief Estimator on scope, requirements, and pricing.
