Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Estimator III to lead project estimates and collaborate with estimators, suppliers, and customers. You will manage multiple bids, develop scope and pricing, and ensure accurate documentation for client requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least five years of estimating experience in construction. Proficiency in Accubid, LiveCount Cloud and Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience in construction.
• Proficient with Accubid estimating software, LiveCount Cloud and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, procedures and deliverables; prepare estimates from quantity take-off.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Review specs, drawings and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope and contents of the estimate.
• Provide guidance to others preparing completion matrices for bids.
• Develop labor productivity rates and installation unit costs based on site conditions and data.
