Job summary

MMD Services is seeking a Senior AV & End User Support Engineer for the Midtown Manhattan office on an ongoing contract, onsite five days a week. You will own operations for conferencing, collaboration, and end-user technology, ensuring high-visibility events run smoothly.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Zoom Rooms, Logitech hardware, and Q-SYS, plus strong networking skills to diagnose AV, platform, and endpoint issues during executive meetings and large events.

Qualifications

• Senior-level enterprise AV support with Tier 3 troubleshooting.
• Experience with Zoom Rooms and Logitech environments.
• Knowledge of Q-SYS and AV-over-IP concepts.
• Strong networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level AV, conferencing, and end-user tech support.
• Maintain readiness and fix issues in conference rooms and events floor.
• Deliver live, white-glove AV support for executive meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot UC endpoints including Zoom Rooms and Logitech hardware.
• Diagnose AV signal flow, DSPs, cameras, switchers, and AV-over-IP.
• Troubleshoot network-related AV issues (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, QoS).
• Support imaging, deployments, monitors, peripherals, and general desktop issues.
• Lead AV projects like room builds and equipment refreshes.
• Collaborate with AV engineering, IT, vendors, integrators, and MSPs.
