Job summary

EY seeks a seasoned AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of audio/visual solutions for EY office projects. You will coordinate with Real Estate, IT PMO, vendors, and architects to ensure rooms are fit for purpose with cost-efficient, globally consistent designs.

The role requires 8–10 years in consulting or project management, strong English communication, and deep knowledge of conference room technologies.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in a technology field or relevant experience.
• Approximately 8–10 years in a consulting or project management role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM and key stakeholders to ensure end-to-end conference room experience.
• Lead AV design, room configuration, and vendor coordination for office projects.
• Manage RFPs, budgets, and alignment with project plans and business directives.
• Provide expert guidance on EY’s AV technologies and industry best practices.
• Travel as required to support global AV design standards.
