Job summary

EY seeks an experienced AV Design lead to drive conference room technology strategies across EY offices. You will shape end-to-end AV experiences by translating business needs into viable, scalable solutions and coordinating with Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO, and external vendors.

The role requires 8–10 years in consulting or project management, deep knowledge of AV technologies, and strong stakeholder management. A college degree in a technology field is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a technology-related field.
• 8–10 years in a Consulting or Product/Project Management role.
• CTS-I certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV design and solutioning for conference rooms.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Facilities, IT, PMO and vendors.
• Manage RFP processes and ensure alignment to budget and scope.
• Provide guidance on AV standards and technology adoption.
