Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in delivery/operations leadership.
• 5+ years in senior management roles.
• Experience in large-scale 24/7 operations.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CoreOps strategy aligned with AV program goals.
• Own end-to-end AV/ADAS delivery and 24/7 operations.
• Align delivery outcomes with organizational and client objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Lead governance reviews and performance reporting.
• Manage vendor ecosystem and partnerships.
• Drive workforce planning and capability development.
