Job summary

Service Measure (SM) is seeking a Core Operations Lead to ensure smooth 24/7 autonomous vehicle operations by managing shift schedules, SLA/KPI compliance, and staff performance reviews. The role also oversees vendor relationships and drives data-driven insights to improve efficiency and continuity across our distributed teams.

You will lead contingency planning, pre-plan operational activities, and foster a proactive, growth-oriented operations culture focused on reliability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 24/7 operational environments (AV/field ops preferable).
• Strong understanding of SLAs and KPI-driven management.
• Proven vendor management with accountability.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Able to mentor staff and foster development.
• Experience in autonomous vehicle operations or similar field preferred.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless 24/7 AV operations with uninterrupted service.
• Implement and manage efficient shift schedules.
• Monitor SLA compliance and consistently meet KPIs.
• Conduct regular staff performance reviews.
• Develop and execute contingency plans for disruptions.
• Pre-plan and structure all operational activities with precision.
• Keep operational documentation and SOPs up to date.
