Job summary

Clair Global in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead AV, lighting, and rigging projects from design through delivery. You will manage a client-facing PM/Coordinators, drive on-time, on-budget results, and ensure contract alignment.

You will lead a team, review scopes, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management, team leadership or jobsite management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of AV, lighting, and live production integration.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency with project management software and ability to learn complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management for Project Managers and Project Coordinators, coaching and directing work.
• Review scopes of work and contracts to identify gaps early in design and planning.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, procurement, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and department leaders to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align requirements and specs.
• Manage risk, schedule delays, scope changes, and contingency planning.
• Oversee commissioning and testing to ensure system meets contract specs.
