Job summary

McCann Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our nationwide team. The role centers on delivering AV integration projects from turnover through closeout with strong emphasis on schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff and status meetings, coordinating procurement and logistics, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate financial reporting while upholding safety and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in AV integration, experiential tech, or related fields.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, change orders, and closeout.
• Ability to read contracts, AV drawings, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and field directives.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Bluebeam and related PM tools.
• Willingness to travel to active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from turnover through completion and closeout with clear execution plans.
• Serve as primary client contact; run kickoff and status meetings and manage expectations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; elevate critical issues with recommendations.
• Own budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and profitability; maintain financial reporting.
• Review vendor and subcontractor commitments and project expenditures within authorized levels.
• Develop detailed schedules aligned with milestones, procurement, and turnover.
