Job summary

INSPIRE Solutions in Denver is seeking a full-time Account Executive with a proven 5+ year sales record in the AV industry to join our Denver branch. The AE will serve as the primary client contact, drive new and repeat business, and coordinate quotes and on-site logistics for events.

Travel, nights, weekends, and holidays are expected; you will build relationships across Corporate, Associations, and Group markets, prepare working quotes, and lead on-site staff to deliver profitable,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a sales capacity in AV, events or related field.
• Proven ability to perform accurate pre-event job costing analysis.
• Excellent customer service, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Clear articulation of ideas and directions.

Responsibilities

• Make formal sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Build trusting and lasting client relationships and pursue new business.
• Direct sales to Corporate, Associations, and Group markets.
• Prepare complete working system quotes for clients in R2 format.
• Coordinate equipment and labor work orders for events.
• Lead on-site staff and manage load-ins, setup, and load-outs.
• Travel and work nights, weekends, and holidays for events.
