Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Autonomy Systems Engineering Specialist to drive the next generation of autonomous construction machines. You will lead integration of autonomy solutions with base machines and coordinate hardware, software, and validation efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field required.
- Extensive experience in autonomy, robotics, or related field with hardware/software integration.
- Strong ability to lead technical reviews and mentor teams.
Responsibilities
- Apply autonomous system solutions to construction machines (excavators, loaders, trucks).
- Lead design, architecture, implementation, testing, and release of autonomy systems.
- Influence requirements generation and system trade-offs.
- Provide technical leadership across testing, verification, validation, and certification.
- Integrate new technologies to improve autonomy capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate lab and field testing.
