Ideal candidates will have a strong C++ background, system engineering experience in heavy machinery, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects. Relocation and visa sponsorship are available; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, Robotics or related field.
• Experience leading complex projects and delivering to timelines.
• Proficient in C++ programming.
• System engineering experience in automotive or heavy machinery.
• Strong math and engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to deliver software for Cat Robotics.
• Gather requirements and scope deliverables.
• Communicate requirements and manage performance of partner teams.
• Design system architectures for autonomy middleware interfaces.
• Manage I/O requirements for machine control hardware and related devices.
