Cyngn Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Senior Vehicle Infrastructure Engineer to architect the reliability and scale of our autonomous fleet.

You will own the OS, provisioning, and release paths, collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, and evolve OTA update strategies to ensure global deployment readiness. The role requires deep Linux production experience, strong C++ and embedded systems skills, and the ability to work hands-on with hardware and sensor data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux in production.
• Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong C++ experience in embedded/hardware contexts.
• Proficient in Bash and Python scripting.
• Willingness to work hands-on with real hardware and field vehicles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and harden the core vehicle operating environment.
• Design end-to-end provisioning for zero-touch deployment.
• Develop containerized runtime strategies for heterogeneous hardware.
• Own OTA update pipelines and deployment rollouts.
• Diagnose system-level failures across OS, sensors and firmware.
• Mentor teams on reliability and infrastructure-as-code.
