Job summary

Cyngn, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Mountain View to own the deployment operations that power autonomous vehicle deployments at scale.

You will build systems, workflows, and cross-functional coordination across sales, customer success, support, and engineering to deliver a consistent deployment experience. This role requires 6+ years in program management within technical deployments, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program, project management, deployment operations, or related leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience designing and automating workflows across sales, customer success, or support.
• Strong analytical skills to identify systemic problems and durable solutions.
• Experience with customer-facing teams in technical product environments with multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Familiarity with CRM and support platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk) and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication across sales, engineering, product, and executives; comfortable operating without a rigid playbook.
• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial automation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment operations program from contract to live autonomous operation.
• Identify bottlenecks and build automated replacements across sales, CS, and support.
• Partner with sales and CS to translate pre-sale commitments into deployment plans with timelines and handoffs.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, tooling, and workflows for field and support teams.
• Establish SLA frameworks and escalation paths that scale with deployment volume.
• Create a structured feedback channel between customer-facing teams and Product for feature gaps.
• Define and track deployment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to align internal tooling with deployment requirements.
